Our Tiger classes are a skill-based concept without a specific martial arts discipline. Children learn new movements and develop good motor skills. This prepares them for JUNIOR, which is martial arts-specific.
Junior classes have a specific martial arts discipline, which will vary from gym to gym.
You'll find out if your gym offers Taekwondo, kickboxing, or Brazilian jiu-jitsu when you've booked a trial lesson.

Tiger is for ages 5-7. Junior is for ages 8-12. Previous experience is not required to move from Tiger to Junior.
Yes, we have a fitness center where parents can train while their child is in class. We offer family memberships with a fixed price for the whole family.
For the youngest children, 5-7 years old, lessons are 45 minutes. From 8 years old, they are 60 minutes.
We recommend 2 times a week, but 1 time is also possible.
For the trial lesson, we recommend workout pants and a t-shirt. Don't forget a water bottle!
