What is Karate?

Karate is a japanese martial art who emphasizes effective kicks, hits and blocking techniques. You can train karate as pure excercise and competition if you like. Karate is for everyone! So if you either want to do sports, exercise or self defence. Karate is both physical and mental training.

All beginners are welcome. We promise that you’ll break a sweat, have fun and learn a lot in our lessons.
