What is Fitness Boxing?

FITNESS BOXING is a HIIT (High Intensity Intervall Training) class with inspiration from martial arts-inspired excersises. The purpose of FITNESS BOXING is maximum training effect on a short workout. Through these exercises, you will develop both strength and endurance. The sessions are based on exercises with the punching bag (for endurance), a step box (for calisthenics/body weight training) and slam balls (strength training).

FITNESS BOXING suits everyone, regardless of age, body type or physical shape. Prior martial arts experience is not necessary.
