“I believe that the process starts from the initial interviews. We are always on the lookout for someone with high energy who can deliver service with a smile. I take the interview process quite seriously to ensure that the right person is hired for the job,” Jorge explains.
Strong bond of trust
Once part of the team, he goes out of his way to make sure his employees are happy and have all the right equipment and tools to get the job done.
“I have assisted them through every single process since we started, which I believe creates a strong bond of trust and work ethics.”
Weekly lunch on the house
In addition to this, the team comes together once a week to have lunch – on the house! This is a great way for the team to unwind after a hard week at work.
“On the first Friday of the month, we also go out for a cycle around Tavira with the whole team, topped off with a nice lunch,” he says, and continues:
“I guess at the end of the day, it’s all about leading your staff in the right direction and create a healthy workplace to keep them fresh and motivated.”
